Getting Started

1

Get Your Alliance Token

Your alliance already uses WoS Helper

Ask your R4 or R5 for the alliance token or invitation link. They can share either:

  • An invitation link Click it and WoS Helper opens with the token pre-filled
  • The alliance token Copy it and paste it into the token field on the login page
Your alliance doesn't have a token yet

You can request a new alliance token through our ticket system. Click the support bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page, select "Request Alliance Token", and fill out the form. An admin will review your request and provide you with a token.

You must be R3 or higher to request a token for your alliance.
2

Once you have your alliance token, enter it along with your Whiteout Survival Player ID on the login page.

Where to find your Player ID

Your Player ID can be copied inside the game at the Profile section. Open your profile and look for the ID number — you can tap it to copy.

3

Set Up Your Profile

After login, fill out your profile information to help your alliance leadership with organization and coordination:

This is only visible when you start a rally. You can start the rally, note down the capacity, and then cancel the rally.

Troop Amount
