OCR.space (Text Recognition)
For the event tracking feature, alliance managers can upload game screenshots to extract player names and scores using optical character recognition (OCR). These images are sent to OCR.space, a third-party service, for text extraction.
Data sent to OCR.space:
- Uploaded screenshot images (may contain in-game player names and scores)
- No personal account data, email addresses, or IP addresses are shared with OCR.space
Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. According to OCR.space, uploaded files are deleted from their servers shortly after processing.
This feature is optional and only used when an alliance manager explicitly uploads screenshots for OCR processing.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data.
Data collected by Google Analytics:

You may optionally link your Google or Discord account to your player profile for easier login and self-service password recovery.
Data collected from OAuth providers:
- Provider user ID (unique identifier from Google/Discord)
- Email address associated with the provider account
- Display name from the provider account
- Profile picture URL from the provider account
This data is used solely for account authentication and password recovery. No game data or account activity is shared with Google or Discord.
OAuth data is stored until you unlink the account from your profile, an admin clears it, or your account has been inactive for more than 90 days (automatic cleanup).
You can link and unlink OAuth accounts at any time from your profile page. Linking is purely optional and not required to use the website.
Data Retention
We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
